“Bill M was my service tech, I don’t know if he was a plumber but he certainly installed my sump pump with absolutely no problem. He explained to me in the beginning that my sump pump “could fail” but did not try and pressure sales me into anything. What he said made me comfortable in his knowledge and I trust him. He was so very polite and respectful of our home! ( He wore shoe coverings) Bill explained everything extremely well. We bought their Green Club Membership, for a few dollars more, which will cover plumbing, heating, and cooling.
