“Bill M was my service tech, I don’t know if he was a plumber but he certainly installed my sump pump with absolutely no problem. He explained to me in the beginning that my sump pump “could fail” but did not try and pressure sales me into anything. What he said made me comfortable in his knowledge and I trust him. I did not get the idea that he was just trying to make the company money by upselling to me either. So exceptional work from Bill M. I’d also like to say I had a couple interactions with the office staff as well. Taylor and Allie are top notch as well. My entire experience with Master Heating, Plumbing, and Cooling was a 10 out of 10. I will continue to use them in all my heating, plumbing and cooling issues that arise.”

“We had a water softener installed. I called Master Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling at about 8AM and we had a water softener installed by 12:15. Bill was our service technician. He was so very polite and respectful of our home! ( He wore shoe coverings) Bill explained everything extremely well. We bought their Green Club Membership, for a few dollars more, which will cover plumbing, heating, and cooling.
