“Bill M was my service tech, I don’t know if he was a plumber but he certainly installed my sump pump with absolutely no problem. He explained to me in the beginning that my sump pump “could fail” but did not try and pressure sales me into anything. What he said made me comfortable in his knowledge and I trust him. I did not get the idea that he was just trying to make the company money by upselling to me either. So exceptional work from Bill M.
