We’ve had Master Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling come for a few things, one being regular maintenance for our furnace and air conditioner. The biggest job was replumbing our previous house. It was riddled with galvanized pipes, so they professionally upgraded them to PEX. The guys who did the work were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and even though it was expensive, it was well worth the investment.

Great service. Cory was very friendly and knowledgeable, just be prepared to pay! I recommend calling around and getting specific quotes for needed service, not just the service fee amount. Cory did a great job and was completely trustworthy, but I will not use this service again as I know I can get great service at a lower cost elsewhere.

Called for an emergency, after-hours service. My sewer line was backing up into my basement. I was given the option of the after-hours service or they had a first appointment of the morning available, so I took the appointment. This team was fantastic from the beginning! They called to verify that it was still OK for them to come out and told me what technician would be coming to my home. They also sent me a picture of the tech along with a little work and personal info about him. John C arrived right on time, was very nice, and did a great job. He was professional and got the job done fast. I would definitely recommend!!!

On top of doing an inspection, he adjusted the flapper on one toilet and cleaned the drain in my sink in the bathroom. A week ago, John from Master Plumbing was out to do our plumbing checkup. His only recommendation was that the water heater was over 20 years old and would need replacing because of sediment or rust. His quote was reasonable, so we decided to replace it. Today, John removed the old unit and replaced it. It was done well, pride in his work evident, there was no mess, and he thanked me for our business. Great service, fair price - 5 stars!

We have had them come out to our house a couple times in the last few years, and they did a great job! No complaints! Last Tuesday, I had a problem on the farm I rent with a fitting I needed changed at one of my hog waterers. I called them and was told they don't normally get farm calls like that, but they would be happy to help. Brian, the tech that showed up, knew what to do and how to fix my issue. I would recommend them every day of the week!!
